About Kuettel's Septic Service, LLC
Kuettel's Septic Service is your expert problem solver for the septic industry. Owners Duke, Dale, and Doug Kuettel along with their other service technicians combine for over 80 years of experience. With this we can provide the know-how and technology to correct any septic problem no matter how big or small. We know consumer knowledge is the best way to assist us in keeping a system maintained. Therefore, we gladly will take the time to educate you on your system, guiding you through the processes and services that we perform.
Started in 1988, Kuettel's Septic Service has seen much change as it grew into the business it is today. The business started with just a single 1,500 gallon truck doing just a few jobs a week. As the business began to take on more and more work, the size and number of trucks began to grow. Twelve trucks have made their way through the company, each growing in capacity, to get to the six that we currently have, including four 6,000 gallon trucks.
We have ventured into the field of industrial waste with the addition of our hoist truck. As a business, we have also had to adapt to the ever changing regulations on disposal, which provided the opportunity to build our own small treatment facility on our farm. With this we are able to treat a portion of our waste and return it to our farmland, giving it the nutrients we need to grow our crops.
With this growth, Kuettel's Septic Service has been feaured in local newspapers as well as being the March 2004 cover article in the Pumper, a worldwide magazine dedicated to the sewer and septic industry published by Cole Publishing.
But despite the growth and changes, customers have still always been the priority, because we know without them, there is no Kuettel's Septic Service. So when it comes to our service, we pride ourselves on our prompt, courteous, and professional work ethics, handling every job with your satisfaction as our number one priority.
Kuettel's Septic Service is not just what we do, it’s who we are! As a community based business, located right here in the Fox Valley, we enjoy servicing the community that we are part of!
